Terms of Service

Last updated: July 5, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Canflow - the boards, agent integrations, and related services available at canflow.app and boards.canflow.app (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

01 Who we are

The Service is operated by Canflow ("Canflow", "we", "us", or "our"). If you have any questions about these Terms, contact us at support@canflow.app.

02 Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. When you create an account you agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for any actions taken by teammates, testers, or agents you invite or connect.

03 The Service

Canflow provides minimal boards (kanban, roadmap, and beta‑testing views) that you and your invited collaborators - and optionally AI coding agents such as Claude Code or Codex connected via MCP - can use to organize and move work. Features, limits, and integrations may change over time as we improve the Service.

04 AI agents & integrations

Canflow lets you connect third‑party AI agents and tools that can read and modify cards on your boards on your behalf. You understand and agree that:

05 Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

06 Plans, billing & trials

Canflow offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees until you cancel.

07 Your content

You retain all rights to the content you create or upload to Canflow (your boards, cards, comments, and files - "Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non‑exclusive license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service and to provide it to the collaborators and agents you authorize. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to Your Content.

08 Public sharing

If you choose to publish a board (for example, a public roadmap), you make that content and any organization branding you add publicly accessible to anyone with the link. You are responsible for the content you make public. You can unpublish at any time, though cached copies may persist for a period.

09 Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and the Canflow name and logo, is owned by Canflow and protected by intellectual‑property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding except as necessary to use the Service as intended.

10 Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete Your Content after a reasonable retention period as described in our Privacy Policy.

11 Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or that agent output will be accurate or reliable.

12 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canflow and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

13 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Canflow from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
